Step One

Apply for a position

 

To begin the placement process, please submit your application to us. You can either apply directly to a job in which you are interested, or you can send us your resume and we will help you determine which jobs are suitable for your needs. If you need assistance with the application process we are available to coach you and ensure that you have adequate information to submit a comprehensive resume.

Step Two

Meet your personal recruitment specialist

After you submit your resume to APPS, we will contact you immediately to further understand your goals and needs. We work for you, and ensure that we capture every facet of your career life to angle you in an ideal position for the career opportunities that meet your needs.

 

Your recruiter will be your personal contact while you remain in the transition process. This talented individual will be available to you for any questions or concerns that you have about the placement process. Once you and your recruiter narrow down your specific goals and skills, as well as the opening that is suitable for you, you will move on to the interview.

Step Three

Complete your job interview

Your recruitment specialist will guide you through the complete interview process.  Once you are set on a position, your recruiter will help you with arranging an interview with the company.  You will be prepped with everything you need to know about the organization before you step into their office. Your recruiter will also provide you with general interview tips, if needed.

 

After your interview is complete, your recruiter will reach out to the interviewer, or the principal responsible for hiring, and inquire about the results of your interview.  Once they obtain the appropriate information, your recruiter will reach out to you and provide you with feedback on your interview.

Step Four

You’re Hired

Once you successfully complete an interview you will enter the most exciting and relieving phase of placement: hiring. All positions are different, so if you need assistance with negotiation or understanding the contract that is being offered to you, your Acuity specialist will be by your side to ensure your long-term success.

 

Once you are placed and on-the-job, your recruiter will reach out to you and make sure that everything is progressing smoothly in your new position. Should you have any problems or concerns, your recruiter is always available to lend an ear and offer guidance. Should a circumstance arise where you need to be re-placed, your recruiter can also step in to make sure this process is seamless.
